Reproductive health education is an essential effort to prepare adolescents to understand the physical, psychological, and social changes that occur during puberty. Limited knowledge of reproductive health may increase adolescents’ risk of unhealthy behaviors, early pregnancy, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs). This community service activity aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge of reproductive health through an educational program entitled “Know and Love Your Body” conducted at SDN 13 Pekanbaru. The activity employed interactive lectures, discussions, and demonstrations, involving 35 seventh-grade students as participants. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires to assess changes in participants’ knowledge before and after the intervention. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ knowledge after the educational session, particularly regarding puberty, reproductive organ functions, menstrual personal hygiene, and the risks of early pregnancy and STIs. In addition, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and active participation throughout the activity. In conclusion, interactive reproductive health education is effective in improving early adolescents’ knowledge and has the potential to foster positive attitudes toward responsible reproductive health behaviors.
